Andy and his son Opie are left alone for the weekend without their Aunt Bee. They now have a responsibility to clean up their messes before she gets home. Andy teaches his son how to properly do dishes.
Otis has been a troubled citizen of the town of Maybury, and when he is honored with an award for being a decent of a famous war hero, he graciously declines the honor. He says he just because he had a hero in his family, does not mean he is a hero. He has made mistakes and took a responsible route by honoring the town mayor instead of himself.

Starfire is getting married to someone she does not know. This makes Robin jealous. Starfire tells the Titans she is going to Tamaran and does not plan on coming back. The rest of the Titans are confused and against Starfires choice to leave and get married. Starfire admits she does not know who she is marrying and that the leader of Tamaran has picked her husband for her.
