"The Tough Customers", a group of bullies are going through a tough situation. They're bullying no longer affects people the way it used to. People have gotten fed up and no longer care for their antics. This causes them to rethink why they bully, and their group as a whole.

Annie confronts a bully who wants to beat up Sean again. She succeeds in stopping him, and in turn, hopes that being nice to Sean will prevent him from bullying her further.
Trevor meets with the principal, who tells him about an cafeteria incident in which his daughter, Annie, put cake on another student's face after he was bullying her. The principal states that Annie will be suspended if she acts aggressively again. Trevor defends Annie and states that she's been bullied by the same student constantly and that no one from the school has helped handle the situation. He concludes the meeting by saying they'll take the matter into their own hands.

Key and Peele perform a skit that brings attention to the deeper reasons that kids bully each other. Peele bullies Key while he is reading a book and explains on a deep level why he makes each of his remarks.
Nick recalls a childhood memory. He wanted to join the Junior Rangers, but the other kids bully him for being a predator.
