Dee Dee is sick, and Dexter tries to comfort her by reading her a story. Dee Dee fabricates her own tale after she is bored by Dexter's story. Her distinct tale combines elements of several classic fairy tales into one.

DW keeps a snowball in the freezer from the "best day of her life," but it goes missing. Arthur and his friends and family each recall what happened the day of the snowball's disappearance for each of their own point of view.

Lucy starts writing a novel about Ethel, Fred, and Ricky. She reads an excerpt that describes Ricky's journey to the United States from Cuba. After Ricky points out the inaccuracies, Lucy states that writers twist the truth in order to make their work more exciting. Everyone tries to read the novel to see what Lucy wrote about them, but she stops them since she is not yet ready to share it.

The Mess Hall of the camp burns down, and a few campers confess their contributions to the fire in their letters to their parents.

Sandy and Danny sing to their friends about their summer rommance. Sandy's version is sweet and romantic, while Danny's is cooler.
