Andie attempts to trick her mother into thinking she ate breakfast by filling a bowl with cereal, emptying it out in the garbage, and leaving the bowl on the kitchen counter. Her mother finds the discarded cereal in the garbage when she replaces her coffee filter and shows her disappointment.

Andie is at a restaurant with a full plate of food and isn't eating any of it. She looks around and notices the other people enjoying their food but can't bring herself to eat anything. She takes a small bite of lettuce and then throws out the rest of the food because eating makes her feel sick.

In order to cope with her sadness, Patty binge eats an entire sheet cake by herself.

After DJ's family is concerned about her not eating because she is going to be in a bathing suit, Danny makes her realize that she is perfect the way she is and people will love her for what is on the inside and not just the superficial outside.

Ed ravages the cul-de-sac at night while sleepwalking, devouring everyone's food and waking up several of the kids. Double D and Eddy watch Ed's "performance" as he consumes an unhealthy amount of food.
