Virgil volunteers at a homeless food drive, where Reverend Anderson explains how someone can end up homeless. Later, Virgil shows Reverend Anderson a photo of a young homeless girl. Reverend Anderson recognizes her and describes how a series of events in her family caused her to become homeless. He mentions that many homeless people like her end up with a mental illness. The Reverend adds that the homeless should be treated as any other human being, instead of being labeled and dehumanized.
