Gen gets two more people to man their balloon vehicle in a card lottery game. He specifically targets Ryusui in hopes of him falling for his trick–to pay Gen for the ticket instead of him paying Ryusui to man the vehicle and get oil supplies.

Peridot tries to convince Yellow Diamond not to eliminate the planet, but realizes that Yellow Diamond's opinion can not be changed and tries to fix her mistake.

Homer tries to help Bart build a racer for the Soap Box Derby, but Bart wants to do it himself. Using reverse psychology, Homer convinces Bart to let him help.
