The "Where You Are" song from Moana describes their island's culture and self sufficient society.

Johnny is trapped with Carl and several others in an isolated dome where they have replicated various biomes found on Earth, such as swamps and tundras. Carl shows Johnny the characteristics of each biome and the types of organisms present in them. He also briefly discusses how the areas combined maintains a healthy ecosystem.

As the main characters escape, falling off the cliff, they witness the bug-like creature that attacked them fall after. As the bug and excess rocks follow the main characters into the river, the effect of the weight creates a ripple, causing a tidal wave.

Conservation photography allows for people to take pictures of the hurricanes, and destruction to environments to help fix and repair them depending on the damage.

Professor Actual Factual tells Brother and Sister a little about the environment within Bear Country, including the problem of the increasing size of the landfills. He expresses the importance of taking care of the environment through a couple of ways.
