Pat decides to search for his wedding video early in the morning and becomes increasingly angry and frustrated at his parents because he believes they hid it from him. Pat shows symptoms of bipolar disorder.

J.D. is mad at Dr. Casey and wants to talk to him. When he finds Dr. Casey, he realizes that he is suffering from OCD and keeps washing his hands as a result. J.D. feels sympathy for Dr. Casey and is no longer angry at him because he sees the anguish on his face.

Rocky and Cece are given the opportunity to be on live television and give an exciting interview. Suddenly, Rocky sneezes on the camera and feels extremely embarrassed about it. She resorts to blaming Cece for the situation and shows that she exaggerated the whole situation in her mind.

Marge is put under a lot of stress with all of her responsibilities, which include solving the problems of the rest of the family. She gradually is negatively affected by all the stress and ultimately reaches her tipping point, causing her to put herself and Maggie in danger. Her handling of the situation suggests she has poor stress management skills.
