The Planeteers tell viewers to be careful transporting plants from one ecosystem into another.

Kip Anderson, the narrator, explains how he wanted to make a difference in the environment. He was doing all the things he was told (trying to save water, riding bikes, recycling, and more). After research he found that there was another problems that was leading to the detriment of the planet: animal agriculture.

This clip explains that, while the population of the Earth has dramatically increased in the last 100 years, the needs of humans are significantly less than the needs of animals in order for humans to eat them.

John, co-owner of a farm, explains the process of factory farming. He mentions that it includes raising the cattle and deciding which ones to sell to use for meat. This clip mentions that factory farming takes up so much land and resources and ultimately "cannot be sustainable."
