Crystal kidnaps Megan and the FBI team tries to capture her before someone else gets hurt. In this clip, Charlie uses math to locate Crystal's position and understand what she is trying to accomplish. Charlie illustrated the fact that Tic-Tac-Toe is a game where there is no winner assuming that both players do not make mistakes.
