Brother Bear and Sister Bear tidy up Brother Bear's room in order to find items for Brother Bear to build a birdhouse as well as to find Sister Bear's doll. Items are not properly placed and the cleanup was rushed. Brother Bear begins to work on his birdhouse, and is called down for dinner. He realizes that he is still missing a permission slip he needs, and rushes to his room to find it. As he opened the closet, all the items he quickly shoved in there come toppling down, destroying the birdhouse. Brother Bear takes the experience as a lesson to cleap up his room the proper way.

Trevor meets with the principal, who tells him about an cafeteria incident in which his daughter, Annie, put cake on another student's face after he was bullying her. The principal states that Annie will be suspended if she acts aggressively again. Trevor defends Annie and states that she's been bullied by the same student constantly and that no one from the school has helped handle the situation. He concludes the meeting by saying they'll take the matter into their own hands.

Sean bullies Annie in the cafeteria by making fun of her blind father and acting like he doesn't know that he's stealing her food. Annie defends herself by putting cake on his face and walks away.

Annie confronts a bully who wants to beat up Sean again. She succeeds in stopping him, and in turn, hopes that being nice to Sean will prevent him from bullying her further.

Rocky and Cece are given the opportunity to be on live television and give an exciting interview. Suddenly, Rocky sneezes on the camera and feels extremely embarrassed about it. She resorts to blaming Cece for the situation and shows that she exaggerated the whole situation in her mind.
