Kramer spilled Java World brand coffee on himself while at the movie theater, and he files a lawsuit against the company for not having strong enough coffee covers. The company tries to settle the lawsuit outside of court, and Kramer is quick to accept the settlement.

Danny asks Michael and Maddie to be his pretend children for an afternoon in exchange for something they want. Each child settles on a deal with Danny. Maddie negotiates payment and acting classes, and Michael negotiates for a PlayStation 3.

Kahmunrah and Larry try to convince the other person to give over his possession first, but neither person trusts the other. Kahmunrah then tries to set rules on how Larry can behave, but Larry ignores them.
