Josey reports to her boss an incident in which Earl inappropriately touched Sherry. Instead of taking action, her boss criticizes her and suggests that she does not have a real problem.

Lucy is visibly upset at Dr. Caldwell's sexual harrassment. Some of her colleagues try to console her, while others appear to be blaming her for the situation. Lucy is adamant that she is not, and should not be, at fault. She approaches one of the head doctors to discuss the situation.

Sheldon is called into human resources for making inappropriate comments to his assistant. While trying to explain his comments, he makes further inappropriate remarks to the human resources employee.
