    I have used this clip to not only show deductive reasoning, but [ELA] CHARACTERIZATION (both Ms. Vito, for her confidence, and Vinny for his snarky leading of the witness), IDIOM ("hold water"), and as a good example of incorporating SPECIALIZED VOCABULARY, by ADDING EXPLANATION, WITH ANALOGY so that the audience can understand ("Anyone who's been stuck in the mud in Alabama knows...")
