George, Kramer, Elaine, and Jerry are trying to find a parking spot so they can use the restroom. They see an open handicap spot and debate whether or not they should take it. Elaine and Jerry feel it's wrong to take the spot, while Kramer and George argue that they should park in the spot. Collectively, the group represents all three of Lawrence Kohlberg's stages of moral development.

Trevor meets with the principal, who tells him about an cafeteria incident in which his daughter, Annie, put cake on another student's face after he was bullying her. The principal states that Annie will be suspended if she acts aggressively again. Trevor defends Annie and states that she's been bullied by the same student constantly and that no one from the school has helped handle the situation. He concludes the meeting by saying they'll take the matter into their own hands.
Annie confronts a bully who wants to beat up Sean again. She succeeds in stopping him, and in turn, hopes that being nice to Sean will prevent him from bullying her further.
