David and Leeman put pressure on Howie's head to "prove" that putting pressure on certain areas of the skull inhibits one's ability to perform certain tasks. David and Leeman demonstrate how something could seem scientific when it is in fact not. This relates to the idea that sometimes people can make something "appear" to be science (e.g. fortune telling, astrology, diet pills, odd cures for diseases) when it is in fact not scientific.
