Irwin is watching "Sassycat" in matching pajamas with a doll. Billy appears and invites Irwin to watch a monster movie at Mandy's house because Irwin's mother doesn't allow him to watch monster movies. Billy tells Irwin to ditch his doll and makes fun of him, resulting in Irwin's protests. Afterwards, Billy ducks under the window and takes a "Sassy Cat" doll out of his pocket that he apologizes to.

He concludes the meeting by saying they'll take the matter into their own hands.
