Tom invites his alley cat friends over, and they have a party. They play loud Jazz music with makeshift instruments, which disturbs Jerry's sleep. Jerry tries to stop them from making so much noise so he can have some peace and quiet.
While Tom is performing Franz Liszt's "Hungarian Rhapsody" at a concert, he accidentally disturbs Jerry, who is sleeping in the piano. Jerry attempts to sabotage Tom's performance for disturbing him.
