The dam Plunder built is broken and flooding threatens the villagers. The Planeteers summon Captain Planet, who rushes to the rescue. Captain Planet heats himself up and evaporates the flooding waters into rain clouds, which will rain and restore the river in time.
Beakman challenge: pour water from one beaker to another, keeping them far apart. Take yarn and dip it into on beaker and then pull the yarn tight and put the end in another beaker. The water will travel down the yard that is soaked in water due to adhesion and cohesion.
Beakman uses a bowl of dirt and water to simulate a puddle with a lamp acting as the sun. He uses plastic wrap to represent water vapor that forms a cloud and then turns back in to rain again.
The animals from the ice age anticipate the flood thanks to Manny's warnings. While grouped together, the water breaks through the ice dam, causing flooding and large rocks to break from the pressure. All of the animals run to safety.
After the dam breaks, the group tries to escape the town before the bridge collapses from the floods. Everyone safely crosses the bridge except for Paul.
