The boys have found shelter in a gigantic crate, while Latika stands out in the pouring rain, shivering. Jamal and Salim bicker over whether or not to let her in – and much like before – Latika is given permission to act as she crawls into the crate, soaking wet.
Grunty wants to ride a bike with her friends but is too short for the bike. She sings about what she would do when she is bigger and taller. Her friends notice she's not with them and bring her along in a wagon attached to a bike so she feels included in their adventure.
Barney talks to Ron about his struggles at school. He discusses his inability to make friends and how everything has changed since when he was younger.
The President asks his assistant, Donna, to talk to one of her former teachers on the phone, as they recently found out she was retiring. Once Mrs. Molly Morello is on the phone, Donna mentions that she is in the oval office with the President of the United States because of the profound impact Mrs. Morello had on her. This scene can be used during new staff training to discuss the impact that teachers make on their students.
