Duke Nukem is overflowing with a radioactive charge, to the point where Captain Planet cannot get near him. However, Captain Planet has an idea to borrow the lead suit from Duke's very own assistant, "Lead Suit". Upon doing so, he is able to block Nukem's radiation with the protection of the suit.
Digit, Jackie, Inez, and Matt miscalculate the amount of cryoxide they would need to fill Motherboard's tank. Her tank had more depth than they thought since part of it was hidden. They discuss how the shape of the container doesn't determine how much liquid it can hold; its total volume does. They use the contaminated junk they previously took out from the tank to determine how much more cryoxide to obtain.
This clip is based on the true court case, Anderson v. Cryovac, Inc., which involved environmental pollution in Woburn, Massachussetts in the 1980s. The case centered on trichloroethylene, a solvent that had contaminated nearby groundwater and seems to have caused fatal cases of leukemia and cancer. In this scene, the plaintiff's attorney goes back and forth with the opposing party to reach a settlement before the trial begins.
