Eddy commits an unselfish deed by replacing a dead bulb on a Christmas tree, prompting Santa to deliver presents to all of the kids in the cul-de-sac. It is clear that one selfless act isn't enough to change his character, however, as he takes everyone's presents for himself.
Here we can see Andy helping the boy's father discipline him. It is clear to both of them that the boy is lacking accountability and morality for his choices in taking advantage of his father. This awareness growing for the audience is keen to prompt awareness in themselves and their own actions.
Kwame is appalled at how the small town villagers who have had trash dumped on them by Sly Sludge's operations have started polluting their own town. It demonstrates cowardice, lack of vision, and apathy of the townspeople.
