They bring in one group of participants to count paper and another to count money in order to learn if the object that they are counting will have any effect on their behavior. Sure enough, it does.

The residents of Townsville have consistently relied on the Powerpuff Girls to solve all their problems, even the menial ones. A giant monster attacks the city, and the Powerpuff Girls refuse to come to the rescue. Instead, they encourage the residents to use their own process thinking to defeat the monster.

From the way the campers prepare for the relay to their comfort level with the obstacles, it is evident that there exists a different culture in each camp. Despite their differences, both camps appear to have high morale and value both teamwork and sportsmanship.

U.S. Marshals have tapped Richard's lawyer's phone and listen to recordings of a conversation between Richard and his lawyer. As they listen to the tapes, they make observations and use their inference skills to determine his location.
